HPHRMS Account Deletion

Account and personal-data request process

HPHRMS is operated by HP Enterprise and is primarily used through organisation-managed workforce accounts. You can submit an account-deletion request from this page whether you are signed in or signed out.

What happens to access

A signed-in self-service request disables that user's HPHRMS sign-in access immediately and removes registered push-notification devices. A signed-out request is recorded for identity and organisation verification first; knowing someone's email address or username is never enough to lock their account.

What can be deleted

Where permitted, login access and eligible personal information associated with the account can be deleted or de-identified. The exact scope depends on the organisation that controls the workforce data, the enabled modules and applicable contractual or legal requirements.

Records that may need to be retained

Some employment, payroll, attendance, tax, statutory, security, audit, invoice or contractual records may need to be retained for a legally required or organisation-defined period. Where deletion is not legally or operationally permitted, access can remain revoked while the required records are retained only for the applicable purpose and retention period.

Signed in: disable access and request deletion

If you are currently signed in, type DELETE exactly. HPHRMS will disable your sign-in access immediately and record the deletion request for retention-compliant review. Platform administrator accounts require an operator-reviewed transfer or revocation process.

Signed out: request deletion review

Enter the email address or username used for HPHRMS. For security, the response is the same whether or not an account matches. A signed-out request does not lock an account until identity and organisation verification is completed.
